The Bot allows users to deploy game servers that are owned and managed by hoppr-gg. Users rent these servers for their own use.
By using the Bot, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, use, and store your data as necessary to provide our services. We reserve the right to use your data in any manner we see fit.
All purchases made through the Bot are final. There are no refunds for services rendered after purchase.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Bot at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any modifications or discontinuations.
In no event shall hoppr-gg be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Bot, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
